I have SO much to say about Kris and Sonoma Goods! 🥹 Not only does she have an incredible talent to design and produce amazing products, but her professionalism and customer service is top notch. I had ordered a custom Jackie (our Queen Eagle!) wide brim boho hat. It had gotten lost in the mail and when it finally arrived, the box was incredibly damaged and in turn, damaged the hat. When I reached out to her, she was SUPER quick at getting back to me and without question let me know she was going to send a replacement out. We were able to file a claim with USPS and recieve a refund. She was very responsive and was quick to make it right. I have NEVER had such an easy time with any company to communicate and replace damaged items. Did I also mention her products are BEAUTIFUL?! Because they really are. My Jackie Hat will be a very special piece of Jackie I get to have forever, as she touched us in so many ways. Thank you so much Kris for everything you do!
